SMS / Text Messaging

HealthLift Systems BV ('we,' 'us,' or 'our') operates an SMS text messaging program to deliver health tips, wellness insights, and nutrition updates to subscribers who have provided prior express written consent.

How We Collect Phone Numbers: We collect your mobile phone number through the opt-in form on our website at healthliftup.com when you voluntarily provide it and check the applicable consent checkbox. We do not collect phone numbers from third parties.

How We Use Your Phone Number: Your phone number is used solely to send you the SMS messages you have consented to receive. We may send service-related updates (account and subscription confirmations) and/or marketing messages (health tips, wellness insights, and nutrition updates), depending on the checkboxes you selected at opt-in.

TCPA Compliance: Our SMS program is operated in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. § 227 ('TCPA'). By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box, you provide prior express written consent to receive autodialed or pre-recorded text messages from HealthLift Systems BV at the number you provide.

Data Retention: SMS consent records are retained for a minimum of 4 years from the date of consent in compliance with the TCPA statute of limitations. Opt-out and revocation records are retained for a minimum of 10 years from the date of revocation. To request deletion of your personal data, email [email protected] with the subject line 'Data Deletion Request.' We will respond within 30 days and confirm deletion within 60 days of your request.

Children: Our SMS program is not directed to persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect mobile numbers or SMS consent from minors. If you believe a minor has provided their number, contact us at [email protected] and we will promptly delete the record.
